Ordering From Us
There is a 5-10 day lead time on all orders. If you should require your order before this, please contact us before placing the order. In most cases we will be able to accommodate your request.
We use a wide verity of materials to create our products. Although we make every effort to illustrate and describe the product accurately, we cannot be held responsible for the natural look or imperfections of our wooden product range. The buyer must understand that each piece of wooden material is different and that variances of the product are uncontrollable.
The prices payable for the items that you order are clearly set out on the web site. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge. The standard delivery charge is for mainland UK. Prices can change and we always notify you of the latest prices as quickly as possible
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that all of our products and measurements are shown and described accurately, and that prices are correct. However, colour depiction on computer monitor and television screens vary from screen to screen. This may cause a slight difference from the on screen product to the actual product.
When placing an order with us we will send you an order acknowledgment by email, to the email address that has been indicated at purchase. This will outline the products you have ordered. Placing an order with us does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance will not take place until your order has been despatched. The ‘purchase’ contract therefore takes place between yourself and sunshinegifts.co.uk at the point of despatch whether or not payment has been taken prior to despatch.
We may be unable to accept your order if:
– Your chosen goods are unavailable
– We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
– If there has been a pricing or product description error
– If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in the terms and conditions
– If the order for personalised products contains reference to any Copyright information where you have not obtained permission.
– If your order for personalised products contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence, in breach of privacy or which may cause annoyance or inconvenience.
– If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom or Republic Of Ireland
You agree not to use us directly or indirectly for any unlawful purpose. You also agree not to upload, email, use any images, or other Copyright material without the express permission of the owner.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund; this does not affect your statutory rights.
We aim to provide a high-quality service, all customer orders we receive are placed in a queue linked with our order numbers, and are produced on a first come first serve basis, subject to stock availability.
Please double-check your order on screen and your acknowledgement email carefully to check that all the details entered are correct. We cannot refund items where the personalisation has been mis-typed or mis-spelt due to an error made by you.
All order personalisation will be processed exactly as entered, it will only be adjusted to conform with the product design. For example…

Postage and Packaging
All prices are shown exclusive of postage and packaging charges, postage and packaging charges will be calculated at the ‘checkout’ stage.
Our products are sent via Royal Mail using 2nd Class Tracked. Sunshine Gifts reserves the right to use a Courier Service of our choice on the odd occasion necessary, should circumstances change.
We will deliver your ordered products to the address in which you have provided as a delivery address during the checkout process. If you wish to have your order sent to an alternative address to your billing address, simply enter this in at the time of purchasing. If any of the details that you provide us are incorrect we are not liable for any items.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our normal delivery services and so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postage charges.
In the event we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned to us as undeliverable by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of up to 100% of the price of the reproduced product.
We also reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before taking further action regarding an undeliverable item.
Circumstances beyond our control
Neither we, nor any courier service provider that we use shall be liable for any failure to perform, where such failure or delay results from any circumstances outside our reasonable control. These circumstances are to include, but not be limited to, ill health , any adverse weather conditions such as; snow, flood, extreme winds, fire, explosion, accident, traffic congestion, obstruction of any private or public highway, riot, terrorism, act of God, or from any industrial dispute or strike.
Returns and Refunds
We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control, for example a damage occurring during delivery, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us at via the ‘Contact Us’ online form within 7 days of receiving your order.
When contacting us please include your full name, email address, postal delivery address, order number, and reason for fault.
If there are persistent claims for refunds from the same individual or group of individuals, we reserve the right not to issue a refund or replace an order. We may refuse to take any future orders from any such customers and will inform them of our decision in writing, via email or over the telephone. This will be at the discretion of Sunshine Gifts.
Sunshine Gifts provides bespoke and personalised products. Sunshine Gifts is therefore unable to take returns or offer refunds on personalised goods. This does not affect your statutory rights under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in terms of Non-Personalised products.
Please note: Customers are liable for the costs of returning goods to us via a traceable/proof of posting method.
Once the returned items have been received, we will email confirming receipt and begin the refund process. We aim to issue refunds within 14 business days. Orders will only be refunded to the payment method used to make the purchase. *Please note, refunds can take a further 5 business days to return to debit/credit cards.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
All orders are expected to arrive at the shipping address provided no later than 5 business days after the ‘shipped’ notification email, this will be extended in seasonal peak times to 8 business days.
If your order has not arrived within 5 days of the ‘shipped’ notification please inform us with your order number via the ‘Contact Us’ page.
Orders that fail to arrive at their destination after 15 calendar days will be treated as lost.
Customers must contact us within 21 calendar days of the ‘shipped’ notification to be eligible for a refund, after this time store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Sunshine Gifts has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, different computers and mobile devices reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so exact colour matches are not yet possible over the internet.
We do not accept refund on personalised gifts due to colour and design variations
Sunshinegifts.co.uk has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time, so if you save items in your basket between sessions, prices from previous sessions may no longer be valid. However, the correct price will be applied when you select an item from the shopping list and add to your current basket. All prices include VAT where applicable.
Offers and Promotional Codes

– Promotional codes can only be used once per customer as defined by their email address, unless otherwise specified in the promotion’s individual terms and conditions.

– Offers cannot be used in conjunction with certain other sunshinegifts.co.uk offers.
– Promotional codes offering a discount when you spend a certain amount can only apply to a single transaction and exclude delivery charges.
– Please note that promotional codes also have an expiry date, after which they are not redeemable.
